Shipping Claims and Returns 

Shipping Claims Information

Snow Plow Stuff utilizes private shipping companies such as MME, Yellow, Fedex, UPS, and DHL to ship product from its warehouse.  It should be noted that even though these companies have a good reputation for delivering products undamaged, on occasion, products can be damaged or lost.  These companies are extremely good at making sure each claim is handled immediately and fairly. Losses from this type of damage is less than 1%.
Should damage occur to a shipment, Snow Plow Stuff will work with the shipping company to mitigate a legitimate shipping claim for our valued customers.  Please note, it  is the customer's responsibility to inspect the package for damage or parts lost at the time of delivery and immediately note any discrepancies with the driver and freight company.  Should damage occur to a shipment, it is the responsibility of the receiver of the goods to acknowledge this on the bill of lading by noting the exact damage before signing for the delivery. 

Claims Management: Terms and Conditions

If the product is in the possession of the customer, the customer must file any claim for damage or loss within 24 hours and in all cases, must also notify Snow Plow Stuff. We understand that there are times where 24 hour notification is impractical, however, no claim will be handled after 7 days of time of delivery.  
Customer assumes responsibility for any claim turned down by a shipping company where the package was left at an unintended residence.
Customer assumes liability for any item which was damaged as the result of an attempted installation or any other reason than shipping.

Shipping and Handling rates are product specific and noted as such in the description of the product.  Expedited rates are available by calling Snow Plow Stuff.

Please wait 5 business days before calling on the status of your order unless you have been given a specific day which your shipment is due to ship.


Our objective is to ship out your order as quickly as possible. In some cases, it may not be possible to cancel your order before it has been processed.  If you have any questions about your order, please call 866-614-0802.  A full refund will be paid when an order is canceled within 24 hours and has not been processed or shipped.  Please note, orders which are canceled after 24 hours and not shipped are subject to a 10% surcharge.  This charge is based on the cost of the processing of the order.  The cancellation of an order which has been shipped is subject to a 20% re-stocking fee plus the cost of the return freight, even if the purchaser refuses the shipment.


Snow Plow Vehicle Mounting Brackets and Snow Plow Accessory returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.  All returned products must have an RGA number before returning.  Customer assumes responsibility for all shipping costs to get product back to Snow Plow Stuff.  After the product is received at Snow Plow Stuff, it will be inspected for possible use, damage, missing parts, damaged shipping containers, etc.  Any discrepancies will subject the returned goods to additional deductions.  Most  returns are processed within 10 days of receipt of returned goods and paid with a credit to the purchasers credit card on file which was used to purchase the product originally.
Industry wide, Snow Plow Blades are not returnable items. Because a Snow Plow is a seasonal product as well as an installable product, manufacturer's do not accept their return. However, as noted above, the accessories and the mounting brackets are returnable.
